IMPORTANT
Thurgood Health is a health navigation and biometric tracking platform; it is not a health insurance plan and does not assume primary care for members. Monthly membership fees cover platform technology, access to continuous data aggregation, AI concierge navigation, and preferred network partners.
Clinical services, including virtual physician consultations, diagnostic laboratory analysis, and prescription medications, are provided by independent licensed partner networks and pharmacies, and are billed separately as additional, out-of-pocket costs at transparent cash rates when services are requested. Each member has a separate private account on family and business plans and health information is not shared with other family members or employers.

Additional Costs When Used: Virtual doctor consultations, prescription therapies, and lab processing fees are paid out-of-pocket as used. Purchase of wearables, clinical visits, lab tests, and prescriptions are paid directly by the member at checkout.

Coverage: Up to 5 Members (Primary subscriber + up to 4 dependents, spouses, or aging parents)
What Membership Includes: Individual health profiles for up to 5 family members, multi-generational vitals and elder tracking, shared AI navigation, and network wholesale testing access for the entire household.
Additional Costs When Used: Each covered member pays discounted rates for virtual doctor appointments, lab panels, or medications only when care is needed. Purchase of wearables, clinical visits, lab tests, and prescriptions are paid directly by the member at checkout.
